Beneficiaries of Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte (PGIN) livelihood aid have expressed their appreciation to the local government for its sustained efforts to provide a fast and easy source of capital to displaced workers and unemployed individuals affected by the pandemic.

Likewise, PGIN was lauded by Ms. May Anne Marcelo, a grantee of the "Computer Servicing Training."

Also, Ms. Jean Dela Cruz Rumbaoa, one of the beneficiaries of the "Training for Baking and Cooking" Program recalled how the pandemic affected her job, and how PGIN has helped her cope:

"Nagsimula ako bilang isang tourist guide dito sa probinsiya since 2009.
