Laoag Aerotropolis

Laoag International Airport (LIA) is the northern gateway of the Philippines. It has a 2, 420 meter runway and is designated as a secondary or alternate international airport by CAAP. Philippine Airlines flies almost twice daily to Laoag and has code sharing with Etihad Airways and All Nippon Airways. Annually, an average of 360, 000 passengers arrive in LIA making the Laoag flight route the second highest planeload in the Philippines (factual???).
